Instant Noodle Cutting Machine, Frying Machine, Air Cooling Machine.
1.Brine Mixer
The brine mixer is used to prepare mixed solution of salt, soda, additive and water, welded by the stainless steel plate.
2.Quantitative Bucket of Salt Water
This machine is put behind the Brine Mixer, and then mixed salt water enter this device. Manually adjust the measuremen
so as to achieve the effect of saving labor, and improve the production capacity.
3. Double Shaft Double Speed Dough Mixer
This dough mixer machine has biaxial elliptic blades with two speeds, which make more water can be added. Meanwhile,
this machine make materials and water more well-mixed.
4. Curing Machine
The dough will be sent into Curing machine for 20 minutes, just like the process of fermentation.
5.Continuous Pressing Machine
This noodle rolling machine adopts nine pairs of chilled alloy roll. After pressing, the dough Will be pressed from 12mm into 1mm.
6. Single Layer Noodle Steaming Machine
This steaming machine is put behind the pressing machine, adopting automatic lifting system. After steaming for about 3
minutes, instant noodle will be sent into cutting machine.
7. Square Instant Noodle Cutting Machine
Instant noodle will be cut and folded in this machine, and then be sent into moulds of instant noodle, ready to enter the
frying machine.
8. Frying Machine
Instant noodle need be fried in this machine for about 70-80 seconds. The temperature of oil is about 160 degrees.
9. Air Cooling Machine
This device is used to cool the instant noodle, at the same time, speed up the separation of instant noodle and oil.
