Following are some points for maintenance of noodles making machine:

2. The machine is forbidden to reverse. 
3. Check the parts before starting the presence of abnormal phenomenon, the problem should be dealt with in a timely manner so as not to cause an accident. 
4. Prevent iron, or other hard material from mixing with flour, so as not to damage parts. 
5. The remaining dough cannot be directly poured into the feeding hopper. 
6. When the machine is running, strictly prohibit diging hand deeper into rollers, gears, chains, cutter and other dangerous area. 
7. Ensure that the rotating parts of lubrication, with oil, oil cup, gear, each part of the chain oil hole, each secondary filling 20# -30 # engine oil, the surface of the cutter, and roll surface add a little cooking oil after each class. 
8. Clutch od single set nose (60, 100 type), rolling mill, mixing machine must work at stop condition.
9. Before pressing, idling running for 5-10 minutes, in winter production keep indoor temperature above 10-15 degrees. 
10. Keep the machine clean after downtime, there is no remaining in each roll. 
11. We should keep the gear and rolling bearing lubrication. 
12. Other hard sundries fall into roll and gear are strictly prohibited. 
13. Replaced the bearing grease once every six months. 
14. It is strictly prohibited to operate when roller clearance is more than 5 mm.
