Introduction
This Screw Type Double-speed Dough Mixer, also called Dough Blender, belongs to a kind of pasta machine, which is mainly to mix flour and water. There are vacuum type and antivacuum type dough mixing machine, which can be divided into horizontal, vertical, single axis, axis, half shaft, etc..
Working Principle
This machine is composed of a mixing crock, stirring hook, transmission device, electrical boxes, frame. The screw rotates in the stirred tank driven by a drive device, and the cylinder will rotate at a constant speed. Flour in the cylinder constantly is pulled, pushed, kneaded, and pressed, fully and rapidly mixing. And then dry flour are made to get uniform hydration, becoming dough with elastic and telescopic and homogeneous.
Function
Multifunctional, can be used to:
A: Stir the butter, stir the cheese, stir the fresh milk, beat the eggs and so on.
B: Knead dough
C: Make juice, mix jam, noodles, smoothie, cold dish, and etc.
Mixer Instruction
1. Add appropriate lubricating oil to each machine oil hole or an oil cup and stick to add 2-3 times per shift.
2. Turn on the power to see the direction of rotation.
3. The operation should be smooth, no sound.
4. Race the engine for 30 minutes and reexamine each fastening pieces, then begin to work.
5. Gear reducer transmission structure, with simple and compact structure, easy to operate, without complex maintenance, service life long and so on.
6. 4 feet of machine should be put flat, o reduce vibration; the bottom part of the frame should connect ground wires, to prevent leakage danger.
7. Check the fastener loose or not, and check the power line switch is in good condition.
8. Add right amount oil to gear.
