Instruction For Automatic Dough Pressing Machine

Prepare and check before using dough pressing machine(dough rolling machine):

1, Install the machine on a level surface in working position, adjusting bracket height, make the machine stable and reliable. 

2, Clear the rust-proof paper on the roll, and between the conveyor belt does not allow any foreign bodies (especially hard), turn the adjusting handwheel, hand wheel should be flexible and adjust the clearance should comply with the requirements. 

3, Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage marking in the nameplate. 

4, In the ground cover marker, make sure reliable grounding, elongation the power cord, and find professional electrical engineers to connect the power cord with power supply. Switch ON, press the "ON" button, and check the turning direction, check if it is consistent with direction showing in the machine. 

5, Per shift add lubricating oil (right amount) in from oil filling point at a time, the no-load test run, no abnormal sound before using. 

Note: Machine in the work do not put hand or other hard objects in between roller! 

Operating procedures 
 

1,First, use 2-3 kg dough several times, to wipe them OFF the roll and other parts of the anti-rust oil and dirt, closing down(OFF button) 

2, According to the actual needs, and turn the handwheel to make adjustable roll and operating handles to adjust the roll gap, gap in stepless adjustment allows roll adjustment scope, and uniform axial clearance. To improve the quality of dough rolling, prolong the service life of the machine, roll gap should be changed from thick to thin step by step. 

3, put the dough in the conveyor belt, with conveyer belt automatically to roll the dough, dough pressing and folding process can be done automatically.
