Wafer Ice Cream Cone Maker Machine

This wafer ice cream cone baking machine is used to make wafer ice cream cone, which has 60 head, can produce 60 pieces wafer cone per time. This machine uses flour as raw material,and this machine can produce edible puffed egg cup, ideal equipment for ice cream, butter or other similar food container. 

Moulds of same series wafer cone machine in our company can be replaced for use. This machine has humanization design, simple operation, convenient and practical.

Wafer Cone Maker Machine Operating Process
1. Place the machine on flat table level, pay attention to not be inclined. 
2. Turn on the power and set upper and lower mold temperature, and then wait for the temperature rise.
3. After the temperature rise, pull up the upper die, close lower die.
4. Pour batter, then press upper die and close the lower die, after about one to two minutes, cone is formed.
5. Pull upper die, unfold the lower die, cone will automatically fall into the following channels and sliding out.
6. Repeat the above process, when stop work, in a timely manner to clean upper and lower mold, keep clean, then unplug the power supply.
