Operating Rules of Dumpling Wrapper Machine

This dumpling sheet maker can automatically transfer dough, automatically molding. Easy operation, but there are also some points worthy mentioning.
 
1. Place the machine on flat ground, leakage circuit breakers installed and connected to ground
2. Boot and check all parts of the bolt is fastening or not, start the motor no-load one minute before the start of production
3. Dough mix (you can add a little salt into water), dough should not be too soft, and the proportion of flour and water is about 1: 0.35, or 1: 0.4.
4. Before opening the machine, fill the bucket with dry flour, and then  pour into the mixed flour into hopper ont time;
5. After booting, adjust the thickness of the dough. After ensuring the suitable thickness, adjust the stick mold, with moderate pressure. When all is adjusted ok, locknut
6. The dough into the mold should be paved, otherwise the it will stick mold.
 
Notes:
 
1. When feeding, the fixed flour should be poured into hopper one time to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Otherwise, the finished product will be not good.
2. Sift dry flour without interruption, or the dough will stick mold.
3. Periodically turn gearbox to add  lubricating oil, chain and sprocket should keep lubrication.
4. After working, clean up the machine.
5. It is not safe to touch the machine head, or mould when it is working, in order to avoid accidents.
