Installation for Rotary Snack Seasoning Machine

1. No need anchor bolt fixed, just keep four feet flat, the machine can be put into use;

2. Connect the power cord to the electrical cabinet, then close the gate, press the start button. When the machine is running, adjust frequency conversion button properly, and adjust to the needed appropriate speed.

 

Application step:

1. First put the machine steady and flat, then put the sauce into the seasoning box.

2. Turn on this flavoring machine, open the vibration motor switch at this time, and the seasoning box under the action of vibration begin dusting flavors. If you want to control the quantity of dusting flavors, adjust the control panel under the seasoning box.

3. Put raw material that needs flavoring evenly into the cylinder，and adjust the gradient and the speed of the cylinder suitably, so as to achieve evenly mixing.
 

Note:

1. The flavoring machine adopts the chain transmission, which should be inspected and added lubricant oil periodically.

2. When checking the machine, should cut off power supply.

3. When the machine is running, do not put hands into operating zone.
